The Vineyard specializes in raising and producing the native Muscadine varieties of grapes. The Vineyard was established in 2006 and continues to expand each year. The wines are produced from our estate grapes and neighboring estate Vinifera grapes raised in NC: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Viognier.
Sarum Brewery brews their own beer on-site and offer beer sampling flights and various ciders. They also offer snacks at the bar and typically have a food truck out front.
