If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please contact our Wedding Coordinator, Becky Chavarria.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Formal. We are requesting all guests to wear BLACK. We kindly ask female guests to refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride, such as white, ivory, eggshell, or cream. As our ceremony will be held outdoors, please dress accordingly. Women should also wear shoes suitable for grass and uneven ground.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony will open at 2:45 pm and will close promptly at 3:15 pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, so we kindly ask that you be seated by 3:15 pm. If you are not seated by that time, please join us at the reception starting at 5:30 pm.

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be hosting children at our ceremony or reception. The wedding will be an adult-only event, with the exception of those who are participating in the ceremony. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and will be listed on your RSVP. We are unable to accommodate any additional guests that are not on our list.

Question

What does parking look like?

Answer

Parking is readily available for both the ceremony and reception.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly request that the ceremony be an unplugged event, meaning no photos will be allowed during this time. Our ushers will be there to guide you if you have any questions or concerns. However, you are more than welcome to take as many photos as you’d like during the reception.

Question

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

There is no assigned seating for the ceremony, but we ask that you respect the reserved seating for our bridal party and immediate family. For the reception, a seating chart will be provided, and we kindly ask that you follow the seating arrangements. Ushers will be present to assist.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP for your entire party by March 1, 2026. This will allow for us to give the final numbers to all our vendors.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be a cash wine bar. No hard liquor will be served. We kindly ask due to venue regulations and comfortability of the bride and groom, please do not bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Failure to comply will lead towards being asked to leave our celebration.

Question

Where can I find accommodation options for out of town guests?

Answer

We are so thrilled that you've traveled to celebrate our wedding with us! Accommodation options are listed under the "Accommodations" tab on our website. There you will find hotels and car rentals in the area.

Question

Are you signed up with a wedding registry service?

Answer

At this time, Chase and Syra have opted to request monetary gifts to start their future. You can visit the registry tab to contribute to experiences for the two of them to share or you can contribute with a monetary gift at our reception. There will be a card box available to drop off any gifts.
