A must do: the iconic Charleston City Market. This place is a Charleston classic and one of our favorite stops. You'll find amazing local vendors selling everything from art and jewelry to clothing, candles, and even baseball cards for the boys!! And if you're at the Market, you HAVE to stop at Callie's Hot Little Biscuit. We are not exaggerating when we say these are the best biscuits you'll ever eat. We're dreaming about them as we type this.
For the coffee lovers and breakfast, you can't miss Sorelle. It's one of our favorite morning stops for great coffee, delicious pastries and breakfast sandwiches. But fair warning: arrive early and I mean early - lines are out the door everyday, and for a very good reason.
If a beach day is calling your name, you really can't go wrong. Two great options are Isle of Palms and Folly Beach. We love them both, but Shannon's favorite is Isle of Palms. It's the cutest little beach town and has amazing golf courses! It's also right down the road from our favorite area in Charleston - Shem Creek
Shem Creek is our happy place! This is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Charleston. It's lined with waterfront restaurants and bars, has the best views in town, and the vibes are always immaculate. Grab a drink, watch the boats go by while munching on the best food in town! Chase and I visit every chance we get.
