Chase and Shannon met in the fall of 2018 at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. They spent a magical summer in Grand Rapids, falling in love as Chase prepared to move to Denver, Colorado for graduate school. After two years of long-distance, Chase had the opportunity to move back to Michigan for his internship while Shannon finished her senior year at Grand Valley. As they adjusted to life in the same city and state again, they decided to adopt a golden retriever and named him Whiskey. After both graduating in 2022, they moved to Greenville, South Carolina, where Shannon attended a medical device training program. While in Greenville, they adopted a second dog named Attie. After an amazing year in Greenville, both Shannon and Chase were offered jobs in Jupiter, Florida, and they made their big move that spring. The last five years together have been filled with countless adventures and they cannot wait to see what the future holds as a married couple!
