Shuttle Schedule
Below you will find the shuttle schedule:
Shuttle #1:
2:40 PM-2:45 PM - Pickup from Nicoha Blvd
Shuttle #2:
2:30 PM - Pickup at Springhill Suites
2:45 PM - Pickup at Skyhawk Ln
After 3:00 PM, all other guests will be picked up from the shuttle lot at 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes. Please arrive before 3:40 PM to ensure you will arrive on time for the ceremony. The last shuttle will run at 3:40 PM. If you are not at the venue before 3:55 PM, you will not be allowed in the ceremony space and will have to wait in the cocktail hour location.
There is VERY limited parking spots available. Unless you have communicated with Chase or Sarah about using a spot, we highly encourage you to use the shuttles to ensure space for our elderly guests, bridal party, and vendors.
Shuttles will start returning guests to their lodgings beginning at 9:30 PM.
