When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:30pm to account for any traffic, parking, etc.

Can I bring a date?

We’re keeping our wedding intimate and are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones! Due to space and planning limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the children specifically listed on your invitation. If your invite includes your kids, they are absolutely welcome—otherwise, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare and take this as an opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved date night! Yes, we will have designated parking lots/spaces at our venue.

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would like to honor us with a gift, we are registered on Amazon and are also gratefully accepting contributions toward our first home together. Thank you for your love and support as we begin this exciting new chapter.

What will guests do during cocktail hour?

Enjoy live jazz music, delicious hors d’oeuvres, refreshing drinks, and lawn games while we sneak away for portraits. We’ll join you as soon as possible and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Will there be an open bar?

We will be offering a signature cocktail—a strawberry margarita and a peach sangria—along with a limited beer and wine selection, champagne for toasts, and non-alcoholic options.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests are encouraged to plan their own transportation to and from the venue. There will be parking available onsite.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away so that you can be fully present with us during this meaningful moment. Our photographer will capture the memories, and we look forward to sharing them with you afterward.
