When calling, guests must identify themselves as part of the (Donnellan McGuire WA) in order to receive the preferred group rates. A two night minumum is needed in order to receive the discounted room rate. Water park is not included in the price of the room. We encourage all guests that have to be ready before 5pm to book the night before as our check-in is 4pm and we cannot guarantee early check –in. The group has a discounted $25 per night resort fee. Group Rates have a 5 day Cancellation Policy. Advance deposits are refundable for individual cancellations received at least 5 days prior to guest arrival date.

Hyannis Harbor Hotel

This hotel is located directly across from the hy-line ferry. Steps from the black cat tavern and walkable to all of downtown Hyannis. To book a room at the hotel rate of $229 call the Hyannis Hotel at 800-655-2047 and ask for the Donnellan-McGuire Wedding Block. Each room has an amenity charge of $38 which includes parking for one vehicle.

Shuttle

Plymouth and Brockton Buses

October 3, 2025 6:00 am - 11:45 pm

The Plymouth and Brockton buses have very active routes between Logan airport and Hyannis bus terminal which is a very quick uber/lyft from the hotel.

A trolley shuttle will be making stops at the hotel and delivering guests to the church which is right next to the reception.
