Good Morning Gathering at the Great Reno Hot Air Ballon Race

Countdown to 3… 2… 1… GLOW! We would love to have you join us for the Great Hot Air Balloon Race. This is by far one of our favorite local events. We will be gathering before the sunrises on the morning of Friday, September 9th at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. We would recommend car pooling, wearing layers, and bringing a chair or blanket to sit on. If you need any of these items, please let us know and we have more than enough for everyone. Please RSVP if you’d like to sit with us for this event. Below you will find the schedule. We hope to see you at Dawn Patrol. We joyfully invite you to join us for a day of celebration and love. The doors will open at 1:30pm If you arrive early please enjoy strolling around beautiful downtown Truckee. The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. Parking is available at the open lot around the back of the building. Dinner and dancing to follow.

Donner Lake Reception: We’re Married! Please join us for dinner, cake, and dancing and help us celebrate this happy occasion. PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE RECEPTION LOCATION. Parking is limited. We would like to encourage all of our guests to park at The West End Beach of Donner Lake parking lot: 15888 S Shore Dr, Truckee, CA 96161 Enjoy the lake and take pictures. The reception area is a 7 minute walk from the lake, or we have cars available to shuttle you from the Lake to the reception location. After Party: Join us for drinks and dancing at the Polo Lounge. We will be rocking the night away with Reno’s premiere party band - The Heidi Incident with our very own Rollin Bonner on bass. These guys are so much fun. We would love for you to join us at 8:30pm to dance the night away.

Old Time Photos - Creating lasting memories

Costumes will be available at the location. If you feel like it wear your favorite cowboy boots, saloon girl outfit, or a barrel.
We would love to have as many people as possible join us on Sunday, September 11th at 1:00pm in Virginia City. We will meet at The Bucket of Blood and walk to the old timey photo booth place. We're hoping to get as many people as possible from our big day for a photo we can keep forever. We will make sure everyone gets a copy of the photo. Come out for some old time fun.
