Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the ceremony and reception venue! No need to get back in your car until its time to go home!

We are registered on Zola and at Amazon! You can find both links under the registry section of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All guests must provide their own transportation to and from the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest! Plus ones will be listed on the invitation envelopes and there will be an option when your RSVP to add the name of your plus one if you have one.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We welcome your little ones! If they are not listed on the RSVP and you want to bring them then please let us know ASAP! We ask that you keep a close eye on them and remove them from the ceremony if they become disruptive. There will not be a separate food option for children, so keep that in mind.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although we can't predict the exact weather, temperatures in North Alabama in April are typically in the low 70s to low 50s. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the covered reception area.

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we do not have a hotel room block, multiple hotels or Airbnb's are in the Decatur and Huntsville area. Please look at our travel section on the website for hotels around the area.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is cocktail. Ladies please refrain from wearing white.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4 pm so please arrive by at least 3:45 so you can find a seat without disrupting the ceremony.

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If you aren’t able to RSVP by our deadline of March 15th, you will not be included in our headcount and we cannot guarantee you will have a seat or a meal, so if you really would like to join us please let us know ASAP! We must give a headcount to our vendors on time, which is why we have set our RSVP date as is. Thank you!

Will there be a cash bar?

Answer

Depends! We will offer beer, wine and a signature cocktail! If you want hard liquor or mixed drinks those will be cash.
