2:45pm- Shuttles to start (If you are driving yourself please note venue is approx 20 mins away from Julian, you may leave your car overnight) 4pm- Guest Arrival & Winery Welcome Drinks- Cheers!! 4:30pm- Ceremony to start promptly - Please note gates will close and access will not be allowed until ceremony is finished. 5:15pm-6:15pm- Cocktail Hour 6:15-7:30-Dinner 7:30-10pm-Dance Party 9:30-10:30pm-Shuttles back to Julian * Times may change Our ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn with a short dirt path leading to the cocktail and reception areas. Think about your shoes ladies! Golf carts will be available for anyone who needs, but we recommend taking the walk — the scenery is gorgeous and perfect for photos! Food: Heavy appetizers, fresh salads, and a spread of incredible wood-fired pizzas — finished with a sweet treat to end the night! Drinks: We’ll be serving beer, wine, and seltzers as long as you are on the dance floor!!

You can look at the "Classic Cottage" room options online, just select an earlier date and then mention which room you would like when you call to see if it is still available. This is an Absolutely Yes Wedding!
Answer
We want our wedding weekend to be fun, relaxing, and joyful for everyone. That means we hope you say “absolutely yes!” If for any reason the weekend isn’t a fit financially, logistically, family commitments or maybe you just don't like fun mountain winery weddings or pie :) ....we completely understand. Our hope is that this weekend feels like a celebration, not an obligation. Thank you for honoring your heart (and ours!) in your decision—we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone who can make it!

We love your kiddos- but this is meant to be an adult getaway! Trade the juice boxes for wine! Book the babysitter now and enjoy a couple of days in the mountains! You deserve it!

What is a microdestination wedding?
Answer
For those of us lucky enough to call San Diego home, this “micro destination” wedding is the perfect excuse to slow down and enjoy the parts of our backyard we usually just day-trip to. We chose this beautiful spot because we want it to feel like a mini vacation for everyone — not just a wedding day. We strongly encourage you to make a weekend of it and stay Thursday and Friday night if you can. With hotel check-ins typically in the afternoon and the wedding festivities starting Friday, arriving Thursday makes everything so much more relaxed (and fun). Think of it like this: Maybe the kids come up to explore the area with you on Thursday, and Grandma and Grandpa get quality time with them during the wedding. Or maybe this weekend is strictly adults-only — no bedtime routines, no carpools, just wine and good company. We’d love for everyone, even the locals, to cozy up in Julian and truly enjoy the full weekend experience. Trust us, driving home after a night of celebration isn’t the move. If spending the weekend isn’t in the cards for you, we completely understand and hope to celebrate together another time — absolutely no pressure. But if you can stay, we promise it’ll be worth it.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Yes, we are working on that and more details to come. But if you plan to stay in Julian we will have and encourage the use of the shuttle. Uber and Lyft will NOT be readily accessible. No drinking and driving! Come to party!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes- the caterer will be able to accommodate some request made ahead of time. For example they can do a gluten free or dairy free pizza!
