How does seating work?

Answer

Ceremony will be open seating so sit where ever you please. For the reception, we will also provide open seating. We encourage you to mingle and sit where ever you'd like! Some Seats will have 'RSVP' on them for close family and the wedding party & their families.

Ceremony Expectations for guests?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the arena, infront of the bucking shoots. This will be a hard packed dirt arena and seating is in the arena provided with chairs. So please wear shoes that won't break your ankles in.

Reception Expectations for Guests?

Reception will be in the Grand Stands of the arena, right above the arena where the ceremony will be held

Overnight accommodations?

Answer

There are multiple hotels close to the rodeo grounds. The rodeo grounds has full/partial RV hookups for a fee if you would like to bring your travel trailer, 5fh wheel or RV.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Shredded beef with choice of corn/flour tortillas, Hawaiian buns, chopped onions, jalapeños, cilantro, tomatoes, avocado, cheese and sour cream. Sides will be mashed potato casserole, salad, macaroni and cheese. Non-alcoholic drinks available are water, ice tea, lemonade, Coca-Cola and Sprite. Desserts will be delicious homemade pies.

There will be a cash bar in the reception area. There is an ATM on-site by the bar.

Gifts & Registry

Answer

We will have an area at the wedding reception for gifts and cards. We are not putting a registry up as we would rather you attend our special event.
