What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the Beaver Station Cultural & Event Center located at 250 East End Ave, Beaver, PA 15009 by 3:45PM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available in front of the venue as well as in front of the cabin to the right of the gazebo.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 11th, 2026 or we'll assume you're politely declining in the most mysterious way possible. While we will miss celebrating with you, we are required to provide an exact headcount to our vendors within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or suits and ties are perfect! The ceremony will be on grass, so keep that in mind when picking out your shoes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. We have listed the number of seats reserved for you on your invitation. If you feel we have left out someone important, please let us know! But understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limited space, only immediate family and cousins who are under the age of 18 will be allowed and accounted for on your invitation.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you to capture how the ceremony feels. We ask that you turn off electronics during the ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographer. We will share photos after the special day!

Can I bring cookies for the cookie table?

Answer

Please do! If you would like to bring cookies for the cookie table, please text Mary at (412)585-3609 so we can plan accordingly for space and repeat cookie types.

What if it rains?

Answer

We have indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony, as well as umbrellas!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have a self-serve beer and wine drink station you can help yourself to during cocktail hour and the reception. We will each have our signature premixed drinks as well. Once it's gone, it's gone!

What do I do if something changes or I can't make it after I already RSVPed?

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer
