You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time! This will be for any listed events for you and the included guests on your invite. Please RSVP before September 10, 2025, as that is when your Room Blocking Deposit will be due. ALL Guests must book through the "Travel" tab of our website in order to attend the wedding.
If you do not RSVP by September 10, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending" and will then lose access to the Room Block Reservation. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count and room booking information to our resort and cannot accept late RSVPs. This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day - there will be no seating, food, drinks, or room accommodations for you.
We are working closely with a Travel Agent (Lesley) who has curated a booking website specifically for our Wedding Room Block! As our Ceremony is April 8, 2026, the recommended stay is April 6-10, 2026 with a 3 night minimum stay. We have 3 room types listed to book - Junior Suite, Swim Out Junior Suite and Swim Out Platinum Suite. If you have questions regarding different suite options, suite options not listed on our room block, date extensions, payments, etc. please reach out to Lesley!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Due to limited resources, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If you are granted an additional guest/plus one, your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest". Thank you for understanding!
YES! We would love to see our Family & Friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in Semi-Formal or Beach Formal attire. Our Ceremony will be outdoors, beach front. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing shoes - bare feet will be encouraged! Think light, airy fabrics with fun colors or prints with an elevated twist. For the ladies - please wear long or mid-length dresses, jumpsuits, or tailored pants. Opt for lightweight, breathable fabrics to maintain comfort. For the men - please wear formal pants and a button up shirt. We understand that with the heat, sleeves or jackets may be uncomfortable - so we do not expect either, but will always encourage formality! PLEASE refrain from wearing jeans, cargo pants, swimsuits, shorts or mini-length skirts/dresses, T-shirts, hats; and, of course, THE COLOR WHITE!
Please refer to the "Schedule" tab for listed time of events. As with any wedding, please aim to arrive 30 minutes prior (3:30 pm) to the start of our Ceremony as it will promptly start at 4:00 pm. The following events (Cocktail Hour and Reception) will take place directly after our Ceremony.
