Please respond to the RSVP by August 27th. The earlier the better! If you feel uncomfortable using the online RSVP tool we have included a mail in RSVP that you will need to supply postage for.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If your invitation says “and Guest"/"and 2 Guests" then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Cocktail, please but may lean on the more casual end since we will be in a barn. We want you to feel comfortable in the clothes you are wearing so we don't end up with too many pairs of ripped pants or dresses on the dance floor!
Only if your invitation specifically includes them. We are trying to keep our reception as “adult only” as possible, with the exception of immediate family.
There will be no additional transportation for guests. Please plan accordingly and have a designated driver if planning on consuming alcohol at the reception. The roads to and from the reception are very windy and unlit. We have included specific directions with the invite that your GPS/Phone will not suggest. Please be cautious!
Parking for the ceremony at the church is street parking along the neighboring streets. Parking for the reception is behind the barn venue in a large open lot.
The reception is in a remodeled barn that includes a large deck with seating as well as a beautiful garden outback perfect for picture taking!
Your best bet would be to aim for 12:30/12:45PM in order to find a parking spot and find a seat in the church with plenty of time.
We have specific times for the reception venue. The reception starts at 4:30pm. Please do not arrive too much earlier than 4:30. Time arrival around 4:15-4:30 for the reception!
