ALL GUESTS MUST TAKE A SHUTTLE FROM THE WINDERMERE, leaving at 3:20 and 3:40pm. There is NO PARKING at the cottage.

By car, Toronto Pearson Int’l Airport (YYZ) is about 2.5 hours south of the wedding in Port Carling.

We would recommend renting a car if you can! We’re also happy to connect folks arriving at similar times for carpooling— Just let us know when you land in your RSVP :)

We recommend staying at Windermere House for easiest access to wedding events & shuttles for the weekend. Muskoka Lakes Hotel and Port Carling House are also great options in central Port Carling, approximately 15 minutes away from the wedding by car.

Colorful Semi-Formal: Suits & ties and gowns are welcome, and so are sport coats and cocktail dresses. Most importantly, come in what makes you feel fabulous and ready to have a fantastic time!

Please arrive to the Windermere to catch the 3:20 or 3:40 shuttle to the Ceremony!

Answer

Parking will be available at the reception, but not the ceremony. If you are driving, you must take the shuttles provided from Windermere House to the Cottage at 3:20pm and 3:40pm. The shuttles will also return everyone to Windermere House for the Reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from Windermere House to the Ceremony, and from the Ceremony back to Windermere House for the Reception. Shuttles will then run periodically between Windermere House and central Port Carling for the rest of the night!

The earliest event, the Kickoff, begins at 8pm on Friday August 15th at Windermere House Pub. We’ll also be there to say Farewell on Sunday late morning if you’re able to stop by!
