Where is the wedding taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at The Monroe on 415th in McMinnville Tennessee.

Question

What’s the best way to plan travel and accommodations?

Answer

Our wedding venue is about 90 minutes from downtown Nashville. We welcome guests to stay near the venue for the wedding night and then head into Nashville for the remainder of the weekend. You can also choose to stay in Nashville and drive to and from the venue. We have a few recommendations for hotels in each location under our travel section.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie. We invite our guests to join us in an elegant all black dress code. Gentleman are asked to wear a black suit or tuxedo, while ladies are requested to wear a floor length black dress or gown. For those who prefer an alternative to a gown, a formal black pantsuit or elegant evening separates are equally appropriate.

Are children invited?

Our wedding will be an adult only celebration. While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that guests make arrangements for their children and enjoy a night out with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and the intimate nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Is the wedding indoors our outdoors?

Answer

Our venue allows for both. Weather permitted, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, followed by an indoor reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from cell phone usage as we’d love for you to be present in the moment with us.
