We met in high school back in 2016, just a few months after a move landed us at the same place, at just the right time. We became friends fast and started dating that fall, on November 12. What started with after-school hangouts and hallway conversations has become nearly a decade of shared life. Since then, we’ve grown together through all the big and small things: finishing school, moving in together, building careers, and figuring out real-life stuff. These days, we live with our cat, Chip (who we’re pretty sure thinks he’s in charge), and spend most of our free time cooking, watching baseball, fishing, or staying up too late on the couch. On November 15, 2024, eight years into our story, we got engaged. Now we’re planning a wedding that reflects who we are and where we’ve been, and we’re so excited to share it with the people who’ve been part of it all along.
