Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Let’s us know by October 1st so we can accommodate enough food and drinks appropriately for everyone!

No registry. No gifts are needed we would just like to share our day with everyone! If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we would be grateful though!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm, so we’re asking people to arrive by around 3 or 3:30pm to find their spot. There’s a gorgeous overview and plenty of areas to hangout and explore before hand for anyone who wants to arrive early!

You can wear anything from a ballgown to a sack cloth- Just know whether you’re wearing a tux or banana suit, there will be photos taken and visual evidence to use as blackmail one day 👌🏼

Absolutely, just let us know how many people you’re bringing in your rsvp. If you find a date after October 1st, we might be able to still accommodate food and seating but no guarantees.

Answer

Please notify us asap about any allergies so we can accommodate the best we can. If we are unable to, we recommend you eat before hand, bring your own food, or carry some Benadryl just in case.

We are hoping to have an outdoor wedding to be closest the overlook but the venue is accommodated for weather (still providing a view) if needed.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning on having Barbecue with various sides. (We will be looking into vegetarian options as well) There will be s’mores for dessert and a coffee/ hot chocolate bar.

Question

Will it be wheel chair accessible?

Answer

Yes, it is everywhere on the property but the bottom deck to the lake. We recommend our handicapped guests to park on the pickleball court in front of the venue.

Question

Need to cancel?

Answer

Just let us know in advance! Preferably before the day of- we are likely not going to be on our phones the day of the ceremony.

Question

What time does it end?

Answer

There is no set time really, people can leave as early or stay as late as they would like. We have the main points on the itinerary page, but we’re not going to do much traditional things such as cutting a cake or bridal toss- we just want to share an evening sharing vows and sharing a memory with our family and friends ❤️

Question

On a Sunday? And during deer season?

Answer

Yes…. We know. It was the cheapest option on an available date in a gorgeous season for the overlook. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause, but we are trying to give almost a year in advance to prepare schedules. It’s also in the evening- late enough for anyone wanting to hunt that early morning and early enough for anyone needing to work the next day👌🏼
