On the leap year of 2020, just before COVID started to take its course, a group of friends decided to spend a rare warm February day on a boat. Both of us, meeting through these mutual friends, spent hours sharing snacks and stories and laughs. We spent the entirety of the day getting to know each other and ended by stargazing on the beach, still sharing stories and laughs. From that moment we felt like we've been friends long before and began to grow that friendship. We started to go on adventures and try new things, camping, beach days, jeep rides, new foods, traveling, and movies. The friendship grew and we knew this was forever.
