Brittany Orsted
Bride
Brittany has known Chase for over six years and loves his sense of humor, his spontaneity and how he always makes her feel special. Brittany is a very determined, patient and caring young woman. Family is very important to her and she always makes the time to keep up with everyone. Chase and Brittany are not only in love but are the best of friends. You never know what their next adventure is going to be as they always seem to be on the go. (It is surprising that there is still tread on the tires). Whether it is wine tasting in the Okanagan or skiing in Kimberly or Fernie, they are always having fun. Brittany enjoys golf, curling, biking and playing crib. Brittany works at Precision Drilling in Calgary as a Office Services Assistant.
Chase Beaudoin
Groom
Chase is a hardworking young man. He is always on the go but always makes time for Brittany! Chase has grown up in the world of construction starting as a carpenter then to cabinet maker and now starting a new venture as a homebuilder with his co-pilot & brother Lance. Chase loves being around Brittany because you will never find anyone else like her. Chase likes the random outrageous things that can come out of Brittany's mouth and the simple fact that she is always just herself. One thing Chase can always promise Brittany is a oversized dinner because of his love for cooking. You can almost always catch him out on the grill when the weather is nice.
Jasmine Kerr
Maid of Honor
Jasmine is Brittany's cousin and closest friend. Although they now live miles apart, they stay in contact and are always there for each other. Brittany considers Jasmine to be her little sister. Jasmine is very hard working, caring and is always looking out for family. Jasmine loves to curl and has even competed at the Saskatchewan Scotties Tournament of Hearts. Jasmine enjoys working out and helping her Dad with his business. Jasmine has completed her Bachelor of Education and Kinesiology at the University of Regina. She works at Esterhazy High School as gym teacher, teaching grades eight to twelve. Brittany is so happy to have Jasmine standing by her side on her special day.
Lance Beaudoin
Best Man
Lance is a few things to Chase. He has always been that big brother looking out for him and teaching him the ropes! The two spent childhood days together biking to the pool, playing hockey and riding dirt bikes. They grew up with birthdays only one day apart. Three years apart, however, Lance's always came first. He always made a presence at Chase's birthday regardless! The two now work together and are about to tackle a new challenge by building a beautiful house in the Okanagan. Chase claims there's no one else he would rather take it on with. Lance is a roll model, big brother, great friend but most of all the best man!
Jade Kerr
Bridesmaid
Jade is Brittany's cousin and Jasmine's twin sister. She is smart and adventurous. Jade graduated with a Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina. After graduation, she traveled to Australia and New Zealand where she has spend that past two and half years. Brittany and Jade have had many memories over the years. One of the fondest took place on the curling ice, competing and winning the bonspiel with Jasmine and Brittany's Mom, Sher. They were the youngest team in the bonspiel by many years! Jade will be travelling back to Canada in the early Spring of 2022. Brittany is looking forward to seeing her and can't wait for her to be a part of her special day!
Connor Smithers
Groomsman
Chase and Connor go as far back as grade seven where they met at Madeleine D'houet! The two both found the need to equally get under the teachers skin and found themselves getting into as much class room and school yard trouble as possible, Chase and Connor have worked together and also shared the same great friend group! Connor is also very close with Lance as they have worked together for a few years as well. Connor is currently running a construction company and like the rest of us, he is probably working too much! Chase and Connor have had a great relationship. Chase is grateful to have Connor standing by him on his day!
Cara Beaudoin
Bridesmaid
Cara is Chase's sister-in-law and a good friend to Brittany, Brittany has known Cara for as long as she has known Chase. Brittany and Cara have been on many double dates with "their boys". In the summer months they enjoy wine tasting at various wineries throughout BC. They also love golfing on different courses all over BC and Alberta. In the colder months, they can be found ripping down on ski hills either in Fernie or Kimberly. Cara is a Chiropractor at the Pro Health Chiropractic and Physiotherapy in Calgary. Brittany feels like Cara is a big sister to her and always enjoys her company. Brittany was a bridesmaid for Cara's wedding and she is so happy that Cara be standing beside her as a bridesmaid for her wedding.
Kevin Belanger
Groomsman
Kevin is Chase's brother from another mother as some would say! Kevin was Lance's best friend growing up and you would find Chase always trying to tag along with the older boys! Chase has always looked up to Kevin just like an older brother. The two have become good friends and now partners in a home building business. Kevin has done lots of renovating at his home. He always made sure to send the work Chase's way and it shows Kevin's character to always take care of friends. Chase is pumped to have his second brother standing by him on his special day!
Jordyn Davidson
Bridesmaid
Jordyn is Austin's girlfriend and a friend to Brittany. Jordyn is a wonderful and caring mother to Adisyn, our precious Flower Girl. She is always looking out for others, is easy going and has a beautiful smile. She loves staying active by working out. Brittany enjoys spending time with Jordyn and loves it when she comes to visit so they can play crib and Pictionary (Jordyn can draw slightly better than Britt! lol) Jordyn is employed as a dental hygienist in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Brittany is so happy that Jordyn is standing by her side on her special day!
Austin Orsted
Groomsman
Austin is Brittany's younger brother. Austin is passionate about hunting and fishing and loves being outdoors pursing "The Big One". He is to be featured in Big Game Illustrated hunting magazine for his recent prize mule deer. Austin has competed at a high level in sports in both baseball & hockey. He has competed at the Canada Cup of Baseball for Team Sask and also pitched 2 years college ball for the Okanagan Coyotes. Brittany seldom missed any of his games and was his #1 fan. Austin has completed a Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the U of R and is currently employed with Surge Energy in Estevan. Austin has always looked out for Brittany and they have a very special bond. Chase has always been a "younger brother" and now he is looking forward to having Austin under his wing.
Sherrilee Orsted
Mother of the Bride
Sherrilee is a great Mom and a role model to Brittany. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys many outdoor activities. Sherrilee's biggest passion (besides her family) would have to be curling. Whether it's watching it every minute on tv or curling competitively herself. Brittany and Sher enjoy their "talks" and doing many things together including winning curling bonspiels! They also have very similar interests so enjoy golfing, camping, hiking and pedicures together. Brittany has always been very close with her Mom and considers her to be her #1 support system. Brittany is so grateful to have a mom like her and Chase is looking forward to have her as a mother-in-law.
Brad Orsted
Father of the Bride
Brad is hard working, genuine, great friend to many and above all, a great Dad. In the fall or winter, you might find Brad in a bush hunting with his friends or his son, Austin. He enjoys spending many hours in his garage after the hunt, making his delicious homemade sausage with his friends, listening to the "King", George Strait. In the summer, you can also find him in middle of no man's land, "Clam Lake", his favorite fishing spot, on a boat, sipping on a Bud Light. Brad has always made time for his family and Brittany is thankful for everything that he is done. On July 23, 2022, Britt can't wait to have her Dad on her arm, walking her down the aisle to marry Chase, the man of her dreams.
Gail Godard
Mother of the Groom
Some may know her as Gail or the Goose! Gail is Chase's mother and a great one at the least. She has always been there for her boys. In the summer she would bike Chase and Lance to the pool. In the winter she would drag the boys butts all over town to play hockey. Gail is the best mom a son could ever ask for and she brings a smile to everyone's face. Gail has recently took up golfing and its something the family can all enjoy and spend time together. Gail has been a hairstylist her whole life. She always makes time for getting a fresh look from the boys and getting Brittany and Cara's hair colored. Brittany is excited to call Gail her mother in law and now she has two moms to look out for her!
Pierre Beaudoin
Father of the Groom
Pierre is the father of Lance & Chase. Pierre has raised the boys into becoming the next generation of top carpenters possible! He used to drag the boys to work every Saturday and after school and we hated it! Looking back now, it has helped us to train us into having a good work ethic and put us to be who we are today. In the winter months Chase and Lance could hear Pierre's voice a mile away yelling at us in the hockey rink. In the summer months he had the boys taking on motocross racing and we traveled all around Alberta to do so! Those summer months were some of the best memories Chase can remember. If Chase has boys of his own someday, he can't wait to get them out racing! Brittany is excited to have her new father in law and there will be many great memories to come!
Adisyn Davidson
Flower Girl
Adisyn is Jordyn's daughter. She is a smart, happy and talkative two year old. Adisyn is well behaved but bustles with energy. Brittany and Chase love having Adiysn around and are so happy that Adisyn can be a part of their wedding. Guaranteed she will be a cute addition to the Wedding Party!
Sophie Orsted
Ring Bearer
Sophie is Brittany's furry sister! Brittany and Chase love Sophie so much that they spoil her every chance they get. Chase and Sophie have a unique bond. They have accidently "french kissed" and even shared a scene from "Lady and the Tramp" where they enjoyed some spaghetti together. Sophie is easy going and is a great companion. She has quite the wardrobe of clothes that Sherrilee has either bought or sewn for her. She enjoys going for long walks, playing with her Lamb Chop stuffed toy, doing tricks for treats and retrieving. She also is quite the guard dog as she looks out the window warning the family of deer, bear or squirrels in the yard. Sophie can always put a smile on your face with her cuteness. Britt and Chase are happy to have her in their wedding party.
Brad Hagen
Usher
Chase knows Brad threw his brother Lance. Brad was one of Lance's groomsmen and over the years. Chase got to know Brad pretty good as well. Chase sees Brad as a guy who you could always count on and be there for you. The boys all share the love of a good round of golf! Chase wanted to incorporate his new buddy Brad into the wedding, Therefore Brad will be one of our ushers. We are more then happy to have him there!
Ryan Potter
Usher
Ryan is another one of Lance's friends who Chase has always looked up too! Ryan and Chase have become good friends over the years and have many stories they could look back on and get a good laugh out of. Chase wanted to make sure his good friend Ryan would be part of this day. Ryan will be one of our ushers.
Morgan Allen
Officiant
Morgan is Brittany's cousin through marriage as he is married to Joelle Allen (Brad Orsted's niece). He has completed his education in Vermillion and in Red Deer as a journeyman carpenter. Morgan is a wonderful father as he has five kids Tobias, Selah, Mercy, Mika and Naomi. Thank you Morgan for being the officiant for our special day much appreciated!
