Question

How do I get there?

Answer

Williamstown/North Adams is about a 3-hour drive from both NYC and Boston. For those coming from farther away or without access to a car, we recommend flying into Albany International Airport (ALB), which is about an hour away. Ubers and taxis are available from Albany to Williamstown/North Adams. If you prefer train travel, Amtrak offers routes to Albany. Additionally, there is a seasonal Amtrak service, the Berkshire Flyer, which runs from NYC to Pittsfield, MA (approximately 30 minutes from Williamstown). The Berkshire Flyer has not yet announced its 2025 schedule, but we’ll keep you updated as dates are confirmed.

Question

When should I book my room?

Answer

Our wedding falls during peak season in the Berkshires, making it a beautiful time to visit, though hotels may fill up quickly. We recommend reserving your accommodations as soon as you confirm your attendance. For your convenience, we will provide transportation from The Williams Inn, The Fairfield Inn, and Hotel Downstreet. You can find more details on these hotels and others on the "Hotels" page of our website.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space limitations and the late start time, the wedding will be an adults-only event. The good news is we’re in a college town with plenty of local babysitters available. If you’re bringing your children for the weekend, feel free to reach out, and we’ll help connect you with trusted babysitting resources.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! While the event isn’t Black Tie, we’re aiming for a formal vibe that lets your personal style shine. Think elevated looks with a creative edge to match the beautiful, unique setting of Mass MoCA. With plenty of Instagram-worthy photo backdrops, feel free to go all out—sequins, bold colors, and unique touches are all welcome!

Question

Accessibility

Answer

All facilities within MASS MoCA are wheelchair-accessible. Outdoor spaces offer wheelchair-accessible paths that are open seasonally. Manual wheelchairs are available in the lobby, free of charge, on a first come, first served basis. We also welcome your personal manual or motorized wheelchairs, walkers, or scooters. Mass MoCA's campus is large and the parking lot is about a 5–10 minute walk to the main entrance. There are accessible, gender-neutral restrooms available.
