There are tons of wineries in the area. A few of our favorites are Hammersky, Opolo and Daou. Others that have been recommended to us are Herman Story, Willow Creek and Benom.
There is lots to do in downtown SLO. A few things we love are the farmer’s market on Thursday evenings, visiting the Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa or checking out our alma mater, Cal Poly! There are lots of shops and restaurants on and around Higuera Street. A few of our favorites are Novo, Firestone, Giuseppe's and Luna Red.
Makers market including wineries, craft breweries, distilleries and restaurants. We’ve not been, but it was recommended by some friends who live in the area!
Avila Beach is a 45 minute drive from Paso Robles. It's a quaint beach town with shops and restaurants. Great if you're looking for a beach day or a drink by the water - we recommend Mr. Ricks for a cold beer!
We love this place and spend a lot of time here when in Paso Robles. Lots of great food options!
A beautiful 45-minute drive from Paso Robles!
