Flight Information

We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), it has the largest variety of flights, and is a 1hr 40min drive to the venue. Other options include: Flagstaff Pulliam (FLG) - 45 minute drive to the venue, regional airport with limited flights. Mesa Gateway (AZA) - 2hr 10min drive to the venue, limited flight options.

For travel between the airport and Sedona we suggest: Rental car - Each airport listed above has a variety of rental car options. If you are able, we recommend coordinating with other guests to carpool! Shuttle - Groome Transportation offers a paid shuttle service between Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and most Sedona hotels. For schedule and pricing, visit https://groometransportation.com/sedona The roads between Phoenix and Sedona tend to have heavy traffic on the weekends. If you are planning on arriving in Sedona on Saturday, please allow yourself extra time to account for possible traffic delays. The same applies to leaving Sedona on Sunday - the traffic will be substantial, especially in the afternoon.
