The Conrad Hotel is connected to the Indianapolis Artsgarden where the couple & bridal party will be staying. We have allocated 10 Kings, 5 Double Queens rooms available for booking purposes. The room block encompasses both Friday (06/19) and Saturday (06/20), so feel free to choose one or both, whatever you prefer. Guests can book through wedding website link below. Reservations for The Conrad need to be made no later than May 20, 2026. If the type of room you are wanting runs out please let Amanda know and she will contact the hotel and request for additional rooms. Parking: Parking at the "Sun Circle, Mall Garage" across the street from the hotel is approximately $24 per night and has hourly parking as well. Parking at the "Circle Block Garage" around the corner from the hotel is approximately $24 per night and has hourly parking as well. Valet is approximately $70 per night if you prefer.

The Embassy Suites Hotel is connected to the Indianapolis Artsgarden where the couple will be having there reception. We have allocated 10 rooms for booking purposes. The room block encompasses both Friday (06/19) and Saturday (06/20, so feel free to choose one or both, whatever you prefer To get the group rate guests can call the front desk 317-236-1800 and ask for reservations. Provide the arrival and departure dates of your stay and mention the group code 91F. Verify the group name is Neill-Sadler Wedding Block. Verify the group rate of $277.00 per night. The booking agent will ask for a credit card to guarantee the room. Guests can also book through wedding website using above information in link below. Parking: Parking at the Embassy Suites garage under the hotel and connected is $46 per night.
