We are getting married!

Chase and Alicia first crossed paths at Urbana High School, where they shared a few classes together. It wasn’t until their senior year, that they exchanged numbers to discuss homework— a small step that blossomed into the beautiful relationship they share today. On January 3rd, 2016, Chase asked Alicia to be his girlfriend, and the rest is history. After all these wonderful years together, they are finally tying the knot!

After high school, Chase and Alicia pursued their dream careers. Chase went to the University of Maryland, where he obtained his Master’s in Architecture, and Alicia went to Towson University to earn her Bachelor’s in Nursing. Despite the long hours of studying, tests, and stressful nights, Alicia and Chase managed to prioritize each other, always finding time to support and encourage one another. Whether it was late-night study sessions, weekend visits, or partying together in the Rugby house! Through it all, they learned that no matter the distance or the demands of their studies, they could always count on each other to be a source of strength.

After they both graduated college, Chase took the next big step in showing his love. On a beautiful August day, Chase finally popped the question to Alicia on a rooftop overlooking the stunning DC skyline. As if that wasn’t enough of a surprise, he then led her to a celebration with their closest friends and family, gathering in the streets of DC to share in the joy of their engagement!

On October 1st, 2023, Chase and Alicia officially made the leap into their next chapter, moving into a cute, cozy apartment in NYC. There, Alicia began her career as a pediatric nurse, while Chase embraced his architectural dream in the heart of the city. They’ve spent their days exploring vibrant neighborhoods, discovering hidden coffee shops, indulging in pizza and bagels, and enjoying countless date nights. The first year of their engagement has been filled with so much love and joy, and they wouldn’t have it any other way. As the wedding day draws near, they plan to move back to Maryland a month before the big day, where they’ll celebrate their greatest adventure yet—starting their married life, surrounded by all of you!!!
