Welcome Party

8:00 pm

Help us start the wedding weekend on a high note! Swing by to say hello, share a toast, and enjoy a drink as we kick off the celebrations. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to reserve the entire rooftop just for our group, so there may be other hotel guests sharing the space with us. The south tower rooftop is open nightly from 8pm-1am.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Semi Formal

Please note that the wedding reception and ceremony will take place outside. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held at the Forum, which has approximately 40 -50 stairs to the top. A private shuttle will be picking up guests from the hotel lobby and dropping off at TierraLuna Gardens prior to the ceremony and the hotel trolley will be dropping guests back off after the reception.

Pool Day

12:00 pm

We will post up at one of the properties pools (probably one of the rooftops) to have a relaxing and fun pool day after the wedding. This is optional- stop by and say hi if you are up for it! We want all our friends and family to enjoy Puerto Vallarta, so go explore the town or enjoy some excursions while you are here! Please don’t feel pressured to participate if want you to do something else!

Sunset Boat Ride

3:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Bathing suits and warm weather attire!

We would love to enjoy our last day on the water, and celebrate Tallen's birthday!! If you are around on Saturday you are invited to join us on a sunset boat ride. The boat is all inclusive, but make sure to bring a swimming suit, towel and sunscreen. Feel free to enjoy a day in the Zona Romantica and then saunter over to the Los Muertos pier by 3 pm. The boat is going to be out at sea, so we will take a few water taxi's to get onto it. If you can bring a few euros for the tax, or Venmo $20 to Chase to take care of tipping the crew that would be wonderful. The boat goes until 7:30 pm, snacks are being served including chips, guac, and freshly made ceviche, but you can bring snacks on board!
