How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website and fill out the form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than May 15th. If your RSVP is not submitted by this date, then we will assume you are unable to attend and will unfortunately not have a chair reserved for you. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Hotel Accommodations

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott for our guests. Please mention the "Galimore-Herbel Wedding" for a special rate. Rooms must be booked by 6/5/2026. Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Salina 2455 Virginia Dr, Salina, KS 67401

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is semi-formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP and will be indicated on your save the date and invitation envelope. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unless your children are listed on your invite, we respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

What time should I arrive and is there parking available?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. We encourage guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins. Parking will be available at the venue for all guests. There will be a designated parking area on site, with clearly marked signs. Please consider carpooling or using a driving service if you plan to consume alcohol.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day, so party accordingly!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors- please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour will be both inside and outside, so feel free to go inside, find your seat, and cool off if needed. These events will be followed by dinner and dancing indoors at the venue's reception building.
