We have a limited number of rooms blocked at the three nearby hotels. There are several venues hosting weddings on Kent Island on the same weekend as our wedding. There is a high demand for lodging. ALL KENT ISLAND HOTELS WILL SELL OUT. ----- We have added another hotel and have a room block at - Hampton Inn & Suites Annapolis -124 Womack Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401 (approximately thirty minutes from Silver Swan Bayside) You may want to also check airbnb.com and vrbo.com. ** There are more hotel choices if you drive to Annapolis, MD (approximately 25 minutes from Silver Swan Bayside)
On the day of the wedding, a shuttle bus will transport guests staying at the following hotels: Holiday Inn Express Kent Island, Grasonville, MD --- Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island , Grasonville, MD --- Best Western Kent Narrows Inn , Grasonville, MD --- The shuttles will pick guests up from hotels at 5pm.
Formal invitations will be mailed out in the last week of April 2019 with website RSVP information. RSVP deadline will be May 11, 2019.
Free valet parking and boat docking will be available at the adjacent Queen Anne Marina. Individuals driving may leave their car overnight if necessary. Cars left overnight at the venue must be picked up the following day.
