The barn is where it began
This is the first photo that Cody and I took together! It was also his first time visiting the farm. It's safe to say he stole my heart when I knocked a pole over a jump and he immediately ran to place the pole back into the jump-pocket. Cody is a natural with horses!
Fun fact: Cody and I both unintentionally match on a regular basis!
This photo was taken on our first trip to Cody's hometown of Rockford, Illinois. We decided last minute to visit the Anderson Japanese Garden and it was more than worth it!
On this day, Cody drove up to Sweet Briar to go to the Winter Gala!
All I can say is... try getting two German Shepherds to sit still for a Christmas picture
Our first Christmas together. Cody crafted me a saddle-stand for my side-saddle -- best gift ever!
Cody carefully planned to propose at the Biltmore. However, he thought that the Gazebo at our AirBnB was more intimate! He set up two cameras and filmed the entire thing including our first dinner!
It is not often that we take pictures we both like! But, this one was a keeper.
