Can I attend the reception only?

Answer

We will be having a traditional Catholic wedding service at our Church; all invited guests are welcome but attendance for this ceremony is optional.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the church to be seated by 3:45 p.m.

Does the ceremony include the full Catholic Mass?

Answer

No, we will not be having a full Mass, this is a half-hour Catholic wedding service only.

What should I wear?

Answer

Sunday church attire - no jeans please.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Please head to the reception immediately following the ceremony, it is less than a 10 minute drive. Doors will open at 5 p.m. Please feel free to explore the beautiful Botanic Gardens until then.

Can I take photos on my phone?

Answer

No cell phones/photography allowed during the Church ceremony. Personal photos and videos highly encouraged at the reception.

Where should I park for the reception?

Answer

Please park in the main MBG lot and head into the main building where the concierge will direct you further. The reception is at Sara’s Place.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All seating at the reception is accounted for. If a plus one is expected, your invitation will include “and guest.”
