We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before the schedule ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule and help our guests who may need extra assistance to their seat.
Florida in September can be tricky! The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, it will be hot so dress accordingly. Cocktail hour will be outside as well and the reception will move inside for dinner and dancing. There is grass so for ladies wedges or block heels are recommended!
We ask you dress semi-formal/cocktail attire. Somewhere between blue jeans and ball gown!

We don't mind if you bring your little ones! Just let us know on the RSVP if you need a seat for them. Keep in mind we are not planning on toning down the party to make it kid friendly so we understand if you'd like to leave them at home!
Yes! Please refer to the instructions on the travel page. If more rooms are needed when you try to make a reservation please let Kristin or Chas know so we can open more rooms!
We have hired a professional to capture our day who are very talented! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures - we ask that you honor our ‘unplugged ceremony’. We promise to share lots of photos! You are more than welcome to take as many pictures as possible after the ceremony has ended.
There is ample parking available at the venue! Rideshare options are available in the area as well.
