FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 1, 2027 so we can make sure there’s plenty of pizza and drinks to go around!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one on the envelope, then yes! Because space is limited, we can only accommodate those listed. If you’re unsure, feel free to text Chas or Caroline and we’re happy to help.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration. Our venue has limited capacity, and we want you to be able to relax and enjoy the night without worrying about bedtime.

Question

Is there a ceremony? I don’t see one on the schedule.

Answer

We’re getting married on Saturday in a small, private ceremony with just our immediate family. Then it’s party time! We’re so excited to celebrate with you at the reception. Feel free to use the earlier part of the day to explore DC or Old Town Alexandria.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual/cocktail. Since this is a cocktail-style reception, we recommend comfy shoes you can stand in, mix and mingle in, and dance in. Throughout the space there is a mix of standard tables, high-top tables, a bar, and lounge areas.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Arrive whenever you can. Since there’s no ceremony, if you’re a little late… we won’t tell. But coming at the start means more time for drinks, food, and fun!

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes - even though we're having a cocktail-style reception, come hungry! We will have plenty of apps, salad, pizza, entrees, and more.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

If you know Chas and Caroline you should already know the answer to this question. YES :)

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP or reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Question

Who should I contact if I have questions?

Answer

Text Chas or Caroline anytime. We’re happy to help.
