We are the lucky couple that met by chance. Dennis' sister, Laurin, is Chartel's best friend! Having never met before, once Chartel moved back to Georgia from Minnesota, she began attending friends and family events. And there was Dennis heading them all. She was struck by his kindness and attentiveness to his family. They didn't see each other again for a year. The following year, at another family event, he approached her and he's been making her laugh ever since.
