We take the health and safety of our friends and family very seriously and ask that guests only attend if they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We've also planned for the ceremony and reception to take place outdoors or in an open air venue at no more than half capacity. Moreover, we ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID around the time of the wedding, please do not attend. We understand that some may not be comfortable traveling or attending a group event this year and we completely respect your choice if you are not able to join us. We will keep guests posted and you can always contact either one of us if you have any questions.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! There are many babysitters in the area available on care.com if you'd like to travel with your little one and book a sitter for the night.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you but please send us a message if you have any concerns.
Yes! We will be providing bus shuttles from the hotel(s) to Fairwinds Farm for the ceremony and back to the hotel(s) at the end of the reception. Please let us know if you plan on using this shuttle when you RSVP. If you would prefer to arrange your own transportation, we highly recommend booking a taxi service in advance as ride shares will not be easy to find in North East, MD. The venue does have plenty of parking available, but we ask that if you do not drive yourself if you plan on drinking.
We want you to have fun and be comfortable, but ask that you aim for a summery cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place on grass, so please choose your footwear wisely. And ties are optional!
