Michigan Stadium aka The Big House: largest stadium in the US with 115,000 fans. Michigan-Michigan State rivalry: away game on October 25 & the reason we can have our wedding at The Big House! Zingerman’s: legendary Ann Arbor institution serving locals and students since 1982; massive operation including a world-famous deli, bakery, creamery, and coffee roaster. South U: a hub for student life with bars, casual restaurants, and shops; close to The Diag/campus buildings as well as student housing. The Brown Jug: named after the oldest trophy in college football awarded in the Michigan-Minnesota game; campus staple to generations of Wolverines since 1936; Papa Morrie worked here as a student peeling potatoes for fries. Scorekeepers aka Skeeps: classic college bar and a rite of passage for U of M students. No Thai!: founded by U of M alums and now a cult favorite; especially popular post football games. NYPD: New York Pizza Depot; slice shop open late to feed students after a night out.

Nichols Arboretum aka The Arb: 123-acre natural area right on the edge of campus; walking paths through forests, meadows, and riverbanks. State Street: runs alongside campus and is one of AA’s most vibrant commercial streets; mix of old-school and new-school; home of Nickels Arcade. East Liberty: blends the best of Downtown and campus; iconic Michigan Theater marquee. Main Street: Downtown Ann Arbor’s centerpiece; offers something for everyone with shops, restaurants, breweries. Kerrytown: charming historic district known for cozy brick buildings, local shops, and the beloved farmers market (*Saturdays @ 7am!*); old-town Ann Arbor meets artisanal charm. Rally House: former ‘M Den’, for U of M apparel.
