What about COVID?

Answer

As of now, Virginia is reopened and those who are vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do!

Question

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

No need! We’ve asked a team of professional photographers to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding. If you still feel the need to take your own, please wait until after the ceremony and be mindful of the photographers and of the view of everyone else. We want to see your smiling faces, not your phones!

Are there other wedding events I’m invited to?

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

While your paper invitation should have included an envelope to return RSVPs, an online option is also available! Click the *RSVP* tab above if that's your style. We get it, remembering to put things in the mail is not our forte either. If, for some reason, you lose our address, feel free to contact one of us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If your children were included on your invitation, they are most definitely welcome. However, if you prefer to hire a sitter, our feelings will not be hurt! We want you to have a good time. Also note that kids meals (chicken tenders) will be provided for every child who is attending, no need to specially request it.

Which airport is closest?

Answer

Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) is the closest at about 30 minutes, however Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Richmond International Airport (RIC) are both about an hour and half away

Are there any local places you’d recommend I visit while I’m in town?

Answer

Are there colors you would prefer guests not wear?

Answer

White or any semblence or shade of white, of course. Our wedding party is very small, but they will be wearing burgundy and navy if you wish to avoid that.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will be outdoors! Please dress appropriately.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked, there is a link at the top of our page to visit our registry!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A transportation service will be provided between the venue and your lodging accomodations. Please be safe and do not drink and drive.
