Dress Code
If you're anything like my soon to be bride, what people are wearing is probably top of mind. For the wedding ceremony I volunteered "elevated surfer" which was swiftly rejected, and after some AI help it seems we're landing at: Coastal Chic.
If you have no idea what Coastal Chic means, think fun, colorful, and comfortable. For women, we'd love to see color and pattern, flowy dresses, fun prints, anything that feels festive. For men, a linen or chambray (no idea what chambray is) button-down with chinos or linen pants is perfect. Skip the suits, skip the flip flops. If it looks good at a nice dinner, it'll work great for us.
For the welcome party on Friday:
We'll be hosting the welcome party at a restaurant on the beach. Come as you are, shorts and flip flops are fine, and if you feel so inclined gents throw on a shirt with some buttons and a collar.
