Please arrive at the Sinclair by 3:30 for the rehearsal Ceremony rehearsal starts at 4:00 and ends promptly at 5:00 If desired, bridal party ladies can bring their items for the next day and night to leave in the getting ready space
Welcome Party

Once you are settled in town, please join us to kick off the weekend! The Brewery and the Distillery will be open for brews and cocktails, the Brewery also serves a few local wines. They are open to the public from 3:00pm - 8:00 pm, so just arrive whenever! The wedding party should be arriving around 5:30, after their rehearsal The entire space will be closed to the public for us from 8pm - 10pm. The on site rehearsal dinner is from 6pm-8pm, so the wedding party will be milling about before and after We look forward to seeing you all! There are snacks, but no main food served at the Brewery/Distillery, but they often have food trucks. You can check their website to see what trucks may be there (skanbrewery.com) You can bring your own food, so feel free to grab some and bring it with you or eat beforehand! See the 'Food and Drink' section of this website for ideas. There are indoor and outdoor spaces with patio heaters for outside if needed, and lots of fun games as well!

The rehearsal dinner will be held in the back room of the Brewery/Distillery. Invited guests should begin arriving in the back room at 6:00, dinner will be at 6:30. We can't wait to see you there!

Wedding Ceremony & Cocktails

This event is semi-formal, there is a large grass area for mingling so maybe re-think the stilettos!
Guests can begin arriving at 4:00, we ask that you kindly arrive in time to be seated before 4:30 The wedding ceremony starts at 4:30pm. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting. A little rain won't stop us from having our ceremony outside, so we will have white and clear umbrellas available for the ceremony if needed :) Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvres to follow on site, grab some and celebrate with us! Dinner reception to follow on site for those who can join us Parking is across the street. There are a few spaces directly in front of the venue for those that need them. If you do need these spots, please drive up to the gentlemen standing at the cones and let them know you need to either drop someone off or that you need to park in this area

After Parties

Please help us keep the party going by joining us for some after party antics! The Blue Water Grill - Back Bar area This private space is in the back of the restaurant with a nighttime view of the lake as well as an outside deck area. There is a bar, seating areas and we will be providing some late night grub; there will not be live music. All age groups are welcome The Lakehouse Pub The pub is open to the public until 2am with live music until 12:30am. The kitchen closes at 10:00pm, so no food will be available at this location. Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed in after 10:00pm. ID is required! Join folks here for a classic hometown pub experience! Can't decide? Do both! These two locations are across the street from one another - feel free to go between them for a little bit of both worlds! TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AFTER PARTIES There will be two cars available to make multiple stops from 11:30pm - 2:00am to transport folks not staying in town

Before you head home, stop over and join us for coffee and a light bite so we can all share the fun stories from the night before! The new Mr. and Mrs. Szpila will be in attendance! This is an 'open house' brunch, so please feel free to come and go anytime between 9am & 11:30am as needed for your travels There will be valet parking. If you need to be driven closer to the venue to be dropped off, they will happily do that for you :)
