Welcome Gathering

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Casual attire.

If you are in town Saturday, please join us at nearby Black Birch Vineyard to start the celebration! There will be local wine, beer, lawn games, and lots of interesting food - so plan on making an early dinner of it! Valley Transporter ten passenger white vans will pick up and drop off at both hotels approximately every 15-20 minutes - so you can join us when you get to town.

The Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Festive attire. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Buses depart the Fairfield Inn and Hotel Northampton at 4:10pm. Arrival for seating 4:30PM. Ceremony 5:00PM. Cocktails 5:30PM. Dinner 7PM. Party Time 8:30PM! Return buses 9, 10, 11PM.
