Where should I stay?

We have reserved room blocks at: -Round Hill Inn (Orange, VA) -Hampton Inn & Suites Culpeper **Important: If you see “no rooms available” online, please call the hotel directly and mention our wedding to access the blocked rooms. Sometimes the online system doesn’t show availability.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 1, so we can finalize our seating and catering count.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Because guests are staying at multiple hotels, we will not be providing a shuttle. Parking is available onsite at the venue, and cars may remain overnight to be picked up the following day. Ubers and Lyfts are available in the area, but we recommend coordinating with other guests at your hotel to share rides. Charlotte will be in touch with information about who else is staying at your hotel.

Can I bring a guest or plus one?

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us before RSVPing.

How do I know if I am invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

If you’re invited, you’ll see the Welcome Party listed on your RSVP card. We’re kicking things off with a Pig Roast at the venue at 6:15pm. Attire is cocktail garden party.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests dress in elevated cocktail attire for our celebration. The ceremony will be held on grass, so please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors (with a tented reception space).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the processional starts.
