When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you can attend by Friday 28th February 2025 so we can finalise all the details for our special day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue by 2:00pm to leave enough time to find your seats.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only celebration, with the exception of the children of our immediate family. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the day fully. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want all our guests to enjoy the meal, so please include any dietary requirements or allergies when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs within a short drive of our wedding venue, offering options to suit all preferences. We recommend the Premier Inn Clacton-on-Sea, just a 10-minute drive from Villiers Barn, for a comfortable and convenient stay. Another nearby option is the Lifehouse Hotel & Spa. However, if you need accommodation for the night before the wedding (Thursday, 24th April), the bride and groom kindly request that you do not book this hotel for that evening. For the night of the wedding, however, please feel free to book at Lifehouse and enjoy its spa facilities as you recover from the celebrations the day after the wedding!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We are lucky enough to have everything we need for our new life together. However, should you wish to contribute to our newlywed fund, we have a registry tab on our website or a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
