A Note from J & C To our friends & family, As you all know, the situation with COVID-19 is ever-changing. We want you to know that we are working closely with our incredible planning team and vendors to ensure that our wedding will not only be joyful, but most importantly, safe. Cleaning & Sanitation Precautions

Our venue: - Both ceremony & reception are outdoors, with plenty of room for guests to spread out as they feel comfortable. We have strategically placed socially-distanced seating options to accommodate all different comfort levels. - Prior to our event, venue will be sanitized with attention to frequently touched guest & employee contact surfaces. Cleaning checklists will be followed before, during, & after the event. - Venue will provide hand sanitation stations and masks (if needed) upon event entry and throughout the event. - Restrooms and all high traffic areas will be sanitized on a rotating schedule during event. -Tented area will be open and well ventilated. -All staff members will be wearing masks throughout the event.

Salthouse Catering has been following guidelines as given by The South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association and are regularly monitoring information from the CDC as well as the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control. SALTHOUSE CATERING HAS TAKEN THE FOLLOWING STEPS: ● Implemented new standard operating procedures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients & guests. ● Elevated standards for sanitation & cleaning in daily operations and at off-premise events. ● Heightened employee awareness of health and safety protocol with food handling, managing Covid-19 & social distancing. One additional staff member will be scheduled per 100 guests to implement safe sanitation practices. This staff member will be scheduled to safely serve passed hors d’oeuvres and attend to Chef stations. Beverage Safety

Answer

Brand Bar bartenders will be wearing masks at all times when around any guests. They will also be sanitizing constantly throughout an entire bar night. If a guest prefers to reuse a glass, bartenders will make sure the ice scoop does not cross contaminate. Fresh glasses will be provided if preferred.
