Convenient but not affordable.

Boston Logan has bus and ferry options to get to Cape Cod. Most convenient if you rent a car, but if someone is available to pick up from the terminals, this is an affordable option.

There are times when Providence RI (PVD) is cheaper to fly into than BOS. It is about 1.5 hours by car from the Doshier Residence. This is a good option if rental cars are also cheaper out of this location. There is also a Peter Pan Bus Line that drops off in Hyannis (35 mins).
Travel Note
Boston Seaport Ferry Terminal to Provincetown Cape Cod and to Hyannis. Ubers are extremely limited and can't be guaranteed. This is a good option if someone is picking you up once you get to P-town or Hyannis (both around 40 minutes from Doshier Residence in Orleans).

From Hyannis directly to Boston Logan Airport, about a 2 hour ride.
