When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by March 8th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

we ask that you arrive no earlier than 4:30 as we will be finalizing last minute details. Doors will close at 5pm until the ceremony is finished.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Preferred colors are terracotta, emerald green, and wine red. Ladies please be advised that there is gravel outside of the venue

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP and on your invite. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is very limited so we kindly ask you to carpool or uber if possible. There is parking on the gravel and you are not allowed to park in the grass as your vehicle will be towed. So sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to Charlotte if you are thinking about using uber- (945) 344-7577

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Due to the venue location the closest hotel in the area is Holiday Inn Express. If you need AirBNB recommendations contact Charlotte at (945) 344-7577

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones - We really do!!! However, we have made the decision to keep our ceremony and reception an adult only event (apart from immediate family) We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

Our reception will provide beer and wine! if you want any hard liquor or any specific beer or wine you will need to bring it to the couple (Charlotte and Garrett) before the wedding so they can provide the bartender with it
