Question

Where and when should we catch the shuttles to the Welcome Party?

Answer

We will have three buses that will shuttle guests to The Old Gray Barn for the Welcome Party. The Welcome Party begins at 7:30pm ET and all three buses will be leaving the back parking lot of the Equinox at 7:10pm ET. The Equinox has a fun bar next to the main lobby called the Falcon Bar - we definitely recommend coming early to grab a drink before the buses leave. One bus will pick up guests staying at the Palmer house and will leave the Palmer House at 7:00pm to then stop at the Equinox back parking lot to pick up any remaining guests. For guests that arrive after 7:10pm - there will be an additional shuttle that will leave from the Equinox at around 8:00pm - 8:05pm ET.

What time will the shuttles return from the Welcome Party / Old Gray Barn?

Answer

The Welcome Party is from 7:30pm - 10:30pm ET. There will be shuttles back to both the hotels at: Shuttle #1: 9:00pm ET Shuttle #2: 9:30pm ET Shuttle #3: 10:00pm ET Final Shuttle: 10:30pm ET

Should I eat dinner before the Welcome Party?

Answer

Light Dinner will be served at the Old Gray Barn so please come hungry! There will be an assortment of appetizers, passed hors d'oeuvres and deserts.

Are there shuttles back from Mulligans?

Answer

We will be gathering at Mulligans after the reception from 10:30pm - 1:30pm ET. Mulligans is a short walk from the Equinox and Taconic hotels but there will also be taxis available from 12:30pm - 1:30pm for guests that need a ride home to the Palmer House, Hampton Inn, Airbnb's etc.
