Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and receptions are being hosted at the Barn at Brynich, Brecon, LD3 7SH. Google Maps is accurate when navigating here. If invited to the entire day, the ceremony is at 12:30pm, so please arrive at noon to give yourself plenty of time to find a seat. Evening guests may arrive from 6:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please feel free to wear anything you are comfortable in, but dresses, jumpsuits, suits and chinos are all great options. We'd love it if you wore your favourite autumnal colour! Remember this is Wales in October and the weather can be somewhat unpredictable! We are also hoping to spend time outdoors throughout the day, so sensible shoes, a warm layer and a brolly are all encouraged.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free car parking at the venue! Please park considerately and car share where convenient to ensure there's as much space as possible for everyone.

Will there be food at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, and lots of it! We will be enjoying a sit down meal together at around 2:30pm, and then a more casual meal after some music and dancing at around 8:30pm (timings to be confirmed, but hopefully this gives you an idea of what to expect!). Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Will there be drinks available at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, and plenty of them! The Barn at Brynich has a bar on site which is competitively priced with the area. We kindly request that you do not bring your own drinks on site, otherwise we will incur a hefty fine (something to do with licensing laws!).

What are the expectations around gifts?

Answer

Zero expectations! We just want you with us on the day to celebrate. See the gifts tab on this website if you'd like any further information on this.
