Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire (Black-tie optional) We kindly ask that guests do not wear shorts, short sleeves, or denim. The bridesmaids will be wearing periwinkle, and we would love to see guests in spring/floral colors, but whatever color dress is fine!

Can I bring a plus one/kids?

The members from your family that are invited will be listed on your RSVP link. Thank you for your understanding.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as you know if you are able to make it, feel free to complete the RSVP link on the website. We request all RSVPs be submitted by March 27th.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be about 1-2 hours between the ceremony and the reception with cocktail hour beginning at 5. During this time, the immediate families and bridal party will be taking photos. Guests are welcome to go back to their hotels to freshen up or visit some of the surrounding bars/restaurants to grab a drink. Recommendations are listed under the "Things To Do" tab!

How far is the reception from the ceremony site?

Answer

The Island House is about 20 minutes from the Citadel!

Are the venues indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside. The reception venue is outside. Note for our little guests: Please be mindful that there is no barrier between the reception area and the river.
