Kayak/stand-up paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake
There are multiple places that offer kayaking/canoeing, but Texas Rowing Center is a good one!
Shop on South Congress
Take a picture at the "i love you so much" mural at Jo's Coffee, shop for cowboy boots at Allens Boots, or browse funky gifts at Monkey See, Monkey Do.
Hang out on Rainey Street
There's a ton of restaurants and bars along Rainey Street that are super cool. Banger's has awesome sausages and beers, and Container Bar is a bar made out of shipping containers! Unbarlievable, Lustre Pearl, and Icenhauer's were also some of Rebecca's favorite spots after graduation as well.
Cool off at Barton Springs Pool
Rebecca used to love coming here in college to get some reprieve from the hot weather!!! Barton Springs is a natural pool made from underwater springs and is supposed to always be around 68 degrees.

The Greenbelt honestly doesn't feel like Texas. There's a ton of different hiking trails, but we recommend going a bit early before it gets too hot!
BYOB putt putt
The coolest mini golf spot ever. It's got putt putt, giant Peter Pan and T-Rexes, AND it's BYOB!
tour the state capitol
Get some knowledge in and take a 1 hour tour of Texas's capitol!
Explore the Domain
The Domain has grown a LOT since Rebecca was in college, and it's now a huge shopping center with tons of shops and higher-end restaurants.
