How do I rsvp?

Please RSVP by texting Olivia (07771508303) or Charlie (07704958525) by 3rd June 2025 and let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

Are my children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to extend our invitation to those named on your invite and only children of immediate family. We hope that you understand and will still be able to join us on our special day.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:30pm to be seated and ready for our 2pm ceremony. You are welcome to join us in the Ballroom from 1pm for welcome drinks.

Gifts?

Answer

Having you at our wedding means the world to us! If you'd like to give us a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

Are there rooms available?

Answer

Yes, there are a number of rooms available at the venue. Please let us know if you would like a room. Alternatively, there are a number of local hotels and B&Bs which can be found on the 'Accommodation' page.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Cars left overnight will need to be collected by 11am the following day.

Can I take pictures and post on social media?

Answer

We would love for you to capture the day, however, we do ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we’d like that time to be unplugged. Please take lots of photos for the rest of the day but refrain from posting them until we have posted our first photo as Mr and Mrs Long.

Is there anything I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Please avoid wearing white tones or champagne, as these are the colours reserved for our wedding party.

Shall I bring my own confetti?

Answer

We will be providing confetti as our venue does not allow traditional confetti.
