What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is semi-formal. For the ladies, anything from a short cocktail dress, a midi dress or a long dress. For the gentlemen, we recommend any color suit and tie.

Do I need to stay at the Hotel Haya?

Answer

You do not need to stay at the wedding venue. We do have a block of rooms at a discounted rate for your convenience, but there are many other hotels in the area.

Can I drive to/park at the venue?

Answer

The venue offers valet parking costing $39/night. There are several parking garages nearby, including the Palm Garage Fernando and Centro Ybor Parking Garage.

Where will the ceremony/reception be?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Hotel Haya. The ceremony will be in the Las Navidades room and the reception will be held in the Valencia Ballroom.

Can I take pictutes?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment properly with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course! We will have a open premium bar available to our guests after the ceremony until the end of the night.

Can I bring a gift the day of?

Answer

If you plan on bringing a gift in person, please only bring a card. We won't have room at the venue to store anything larger than cards. If you would like to send us something beforehand, you can use our registry or send it to us directly.
